THE OFFICE'S CAPACITIES

The following lines are to give you a short review on my areas of activities, but on your request I may send or present to you complete information (Curriculum, fotos, presentation map, etc.). I'm managing a small but effective basic office in Berlin, that includes constant quality controlled and able partners. I myself am practicing (from bricklayers work) in construction for almost 50 years, therefrom 18 years in Venezuela. My labour was performed in nearly 500 projects (more than half of this number in Germany), and includes from planning (buildings, structures, technical equipment, termical and acustic protection) to construction any architectural and engineering service that can be executed in and for buildings. That also means directing my own construction firm in Venezuela (URBAN HABITAT C.A.). Actual operating capacities of my office go up to constructions of 15000 m2/A, resp. 15 Mio. Euros and there are possibilities to grow up in 75-100% in very short terms.

These professional skills are fulfilled: Architeture Design, Structural Engenieering, Energy planning acoording to European Norms, Fire Protection, Building Installations, Private Reports

My services are performed in all type of buildings (one and more family housing, office, industrial, public, and sacral buildings from low-cost to higl-level execution), so as sub contracter for collagues, or for own contracts as an architect and engineer on own account. This wide spectrum does not exclude detailled and profound knowledge and means to all my clients a special profit.

By the way: To Venezuela, I maintain special and valueful contacts, as well in the construction and real estate sector, as to other areas.

PHILOSOPHY

Continuos learning and adapting to the newest technical innovations are a must, as to energy consumption reduction, senior and handicapped proved building, acustics, ilumination, generally all installations incl. intelligent climate, as well as statics. On the other hand, formal and functional architectural topics are continously develloped, giving emphasis on an integrated design of technical and formal aspects. Although based on modernism, it is besided by a strong personal formal language, that reminds the styling efforts of the last decorative architecture stile, what was the art noveaux. This is shown a lot in the EXTRAVAGANCE design line.

The building costs of this projects, as to today's measure, are around 20 Mio € for OFH, 40 Mio € for MFH und 21 Mio € for other buildings, that means a total sum of more then 81 Mio €. For about a 60 % of all covered projects, the total of the technical designs were produced by my office.
